 Here's a list of frequently asked questions, in regards to our products available through our online store, and the store itself! We proudly run on the Shopify platform to provide you with a seamless user-experience and familiar interface, with all the automations and capabilities you expect from an online shopping experience. How long will it take me to get my wrap if I order today?

Production takes approximately 5 business days, plus shipping. We ship Fedex 2-Day, Insured. Depending on your location in the US, you can typically expect arrival within 2-3 business days from when you receive your shipping notification from us!

 

Can I Install this 'CyberWrap' myself?

We recommend using a qualified @ experienced professional installer or wrap shop for installation of the ‘CyberWraps’. You can use www.wrappermapper.com to find a  high-quality installer in your area.

 

Can I get this wrap in different colors:

We love doing custom work, call us for a quote if you would like to modify these wraps in any way: color, design, etc. Additional charges will be incurred for any custom design work on modifications. In general, these 'CyberWraps' kits come as-depicted, for the base price. 

 

Does the wrap come with instructions?

We include a full install kit & guide in the package for easy installation.

 

When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

Tracking Numbers are provided once an order has finished production, and is getting prepared for fulfillment and shipping to you! As these products are all printed-to-order, you can expect a tracking number 4-5 business days from your initial purchase confirmation. Tracking numbers will be sent automatically via your Shopify account, or to the email / sms number you provide during the order process.

 

My wrap arrived damaged, or not as intended, what do I do?

The worst, we know. While Fedex 2-Day Insured shipping is amazing, its things happen. If your wrap was damaged, arrived askew in any way or was not the color or product you expected, just drop us a line and we will get it fixed for you! You can contact: onlinestore@sscamerica.com or message us through your Shopify account if there are any needs in regards to your order. 

 

Do you make these wraps for my _______ vehicle?

Right now, the ‘CyberWraps’ are only designed for the Tesla Cybertruck, but we have many exciting products on the horizon for all types of applications. Sign up at our website sscustoms.com to stay informed on new product launches, promotions, specials, events and other SS Customs information!

 

Are the colors shown online EXACTLY what it will look like on my vehicle? Are there color variations?

Color discrepancy occurs because a graphic shown either in print or online, appears different across different media or to the individual who’s looking at it. Screens emit light, enhancing colors and making them appear more vibrant. In contrast, print materials rely solely on reflected light, and that can make printed colors more muted. The color on printed pieces produced from that graphic may shift a little further based on variables like the type of vinyl substrate and laminate. Products displayed on various electronic screens – phones, tablets and computer monitors – will all display color differently, sometimes dramatically so depending on the graphics card, drivers, and the type of backlighting and room lighting. And finally, no two people actually perceive color in exactly the same way and may have different ideas of what a particular color “should” look like. With all that said, we work very hard to ensure our products are displayed as accurately as possible so the color you see in the catalog or on the screen is as close as possible to the color you receive.

 

Can you make custom decals for the wrap?

Custom decals can be requested from SSCustoms or by the install shop you choose! If you would like to place a custom order with us, please call 650-562-7034 for a quote.

 

Can I order 1 or more panels from a Cyber Wrap Kit individually?

Yes! Call 650 562 7034 and we will be happy to create an individualized order for additional/replacement panels.

 

Are the Foundation Decals and/or Beast decals included in my Cyber Wraps Order?

No, but these can be ordered separately through SSCustoms! Just reach out for a quote!
